Medical Summary Microchip: Scanned negative Sex: Intact Female. Caudal pair of nipples appear swollen with swelling under skin. Age ~8-9 years Mentation: Appropriate Eyes: Cloudy. Large skin tag/mole on right eyelid. Ears: Dirty. Cleaned with Otic solution. No sign of infection. Nose: Clear Teeth: Gums red and swollen. Teeth deeply discolored and worn. Tarter. Missing upper incisors. Broken lower incisors with blood coagulating in the center of the teeth. Whined painfully during mouth exam. Finder states dog refused dry food but ate wet food. If abnormal BCS: Overweight Skin: Flea dirt found; no live parasites observed. Hair Coat: Dirty and slightly oily. Declawed: No. Nails short to medium Any injuries: Stiff hipped, slightly splayed hind feet. Arthritic. Possible mammary tumors on caudal nipples. Behavior: Slow moving, patient, tail wags. Comes when called. Friendly older animal. Medication: None.

Laila was brought in as a stray so her behavior around other dogs is unknown.
5/7- 5/8: When off leash with dogs at the Care Center, Laila is slightly social, occasionally checking in on the other small male and female dogs as she explores the pen.
