05/24/2017 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Learning something new every day, Laffy Taffy is a taffy that is softer and more pliable than regular taffy. And our Miss Laffy Taffy (let’s call her Taffy shall we?) is definitely soft, sweet and delicious. She’s a dark chocolate brindle, with the emphasis on the dark chocolate, with some vanilla highlights, making her all that much more delectable. Showing off her sit for some treats, she takes them hungrily but gently as she’s a bit too thin, so is being fed an extra meal daily. Taffy is also adept at catching treats on the fly, so will make a wonderful outfielder for your home team!! In the park, she loves chasing squirrels and is sweetly alert and watchful to all the activity on a warm spring afternoon. We hang out on the bench together, Taffy quietly giving me some kisses as we chill out like two old friends. There’s something mystical, sweet and oh so gentle about her that is completely captivating. A gentle old soul at 1 year old, she relishes just being with her person in a non-clinging way. You’ll fall in love with her as I did when you meet her, so do it today.
