A volunteer writes: Lady looks like she’s part hyena — SO CUTE. What a face, and what a sweetheart!! The way she lights up when you approach her cage is enough to make anyone’s day. She was with her previous owner since puppyhood, so might be a little anxious at times in this strange place, but is consistently super sweet. She lived harmoniously with her son and a cat and is described as friendly and loving. She would have accidents in the home, but she seems to hold it forever in her cage so I suspect would learn quickly with crate training. She is all wiggles whenever we pass admiring staff members and insists on greeting them on two paws (her success rate at charming them is a solid 100%!). When I let her off leash she invites me to join her on the bench where she’ll lay across my lap and watch the world go by. She’s been friendly when we’ve met other dogs through a fence and was even calmly curious towards a huge praying mantis that joined us one day! This sweet, charismatic, cool girl is already spayed and could be your fair Lady…please come check her out at Brooklyn ACC!
