Tonopen reading varied from 25-70 (patient not cooperating) but consistently in glaucoma range. left neck has large ulcerated mass 2″ diameter; Observed Behavior -threatens to bite but allows most handling; Objective ; T =; P =80; R =wnl; BCS 5/9; EENT: ou glaucoma, likely blind ou, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: severe dental disease; PLN: SMLN enlarged; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G:neutered; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment: ulcerated skin mass, blind, glaucoma; Prognosis:fair. poor for vision; Plan:recc biopsy mass with staging for malignancy. recc 2x enucleation; 25mg carprofen sq give in exam; 125 mg clavamox bid x 10d
