A volunteer writes: Kooey is da bomb! He’s passed his puppy years and is totally chill and easy going, but still has plenty of spunk and is very fit, so he’s up for whatever activities you have in mind. Hiking? A jog? Mellow walk (he’s perfect on the leash by the way)? Chilling on a park bench while eating liver treats? He’s up for it all. I would describe his demeanor as calm, but fun. And he’s also strikingly gorgeous. He’s an odd mix that catches lots of attention from admirers when we walk. He’s listed as Chow Chow and Sharpei and maybe he is, but he also looks like he’s got Shepherd and Golden Retriever and a bit of butterscotch pudding in the mix. Whatever he is, he’s sweet as pie and would make such a great companion!
