Medical Summary Microchip: negative Sex: intact female Age: appx 3y, but could not assess dentition thoroughly due to facial swelling Mentation: BARH Eyes: clear but partially closed due to facial swelling Ears: some superficial wounds to pinnae, clean interior Nose: clear d/c due to swelling and nares damage Teeth: could not fully assess, slight staining If abnormal BCS: WNL Skin: scars throughout, mostly to top of head and over back Hair Coat: WNL Declawed: N/A Any injuries: bite wounds to muzzle, severe swelling and congestion, draining naturally, no sutures or other closures, PO brought dog to private DVM for triage and meds were dispensed (cephalexin 1 tab 500mg BIDx10d and tramadol 2 tab 50mg BIDx7d)–added meds to Chameleon but will keep personal supply in safe and kennel card Behavior: allowed all handling, seems more attracted to females, sweet demeanor and looks for affection Medication: see above Moved to medical
