MOST RECENT MEDICAL INFORMATION AND WEIGHT
01/17/2017 Exam Type BEHAVIORPART2 – Medical Rating is 1 – NORMAL , Behavior Rating is NH ONLY, Weight 53.2 LBS.
RECOMMENDATIONS: New Hope Only _X_No children (under 13) _X_Place with a New Hope partner (Due to the fear/avoidance behavior displayed in the care center as well as her reports of multiple bites, we cannot fully evaluate Kimora and feel that she will be best set up to succeed through placement with a New Hope partner. We recommend only positive reinforcement-based, force-free training for Kimora as aversive methods are likely to heighten his fear and increase aggression.) Potential challenges: _X_Fearful/potential for defensive aggression (See known history; Kimora is extremely nervous around strangers and can be difficult to handle, she has a multiple bite history and shows clear signs of discomfort. It is important to respect those signs and to help Kimora gain comfort and confidence in order to avoid escalation.) _X_Resource guarding (Kimora may require positive reinforcement behavior modification to address this food guarding behavior. In addition to behavior modification protocol we recommend teaching Kimora “Drop It” and trade-up games. Safe and appropriate management is highly advised.)
