History : Stray. Subjective: BAR. Initially friendly, but became easily over stimulated and snappe, started growling, and tried to bite. Caution. Observed Behavior – Objective: T = P = wnl R = eup. BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted. Oral Exam: unable to assess, tries to bite. clean incisors. PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic. ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated. U/G: FI. No spay scar seen. No MGTs, no vulvar dc
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, unkempt hair coat with some matting. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. Rectal: normal externally Assessment ; 6yo FI small mixed breed. apparently healthy
