Observed Behavior – Very tense, growling trying to alligator roll on leash, snapping, bedding used to pick up and place on table, able to place soft muzzle. Objective: P = WNL R = WNL BCS 5/9 EENT: Early nuclear sclerosis, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted Oral Exam: Moderate dental staining, pink mm PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: Normal sinus arrhythmia, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated — very tense, difficult to palpate deeply U/G: Male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Geriatric. Prognosis: Good. Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to age
