AU stenosis and hyperkeratosis c/w malasezzia Oral Exam: moderate tartar PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact female. Small MGT palpate din caudal left chain MSI: Ambulatory x 4, flaky dermatitis along spine CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: mgt, dermatits, otitis Plan: MGT likely benign.
