Kasey was found in front of BACC in a cardboard Walmart box by an ACC employee. Employees brought Kasey into the building where he was accessed and was severely matted, unable to walk and was sitting in his urine. He was sent straight to medial and not handled by counselor due to physical condition of the animal. Upon intake Kasey was calm and allowed all handling. Counselor was able to scan (positive), photograph, did not collar due to severe matting.
