07/31/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Karissa came into the care center as a stray. According to her finder, with whom she stayed for a week, Karissa was exposed to young children and had accidents in the house but was not destructive. She has been calm and easy to handle in the care center, though a bit fearful during her initial medical examination. Due to Karissa’s medical condition she is not a good candidate for a SAFER aggression assessment at this time. We recommend placement with a New Hope partner who can address her medical conditions and then re-evaluate behavior in a stable home environment.
