Medical Summary ~8yrs, female. Scan neg. Questionable spay scar QARH. Allows all handling P = wnl R = wnl BCS 7/9 EENT: Early nuclear sclerosis, ears clean, L unilateral mucoid nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Mild to moderate dental tartar/gingivitis, PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Female, possible spay scar below umbilicus, very small nipples MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, ~4cm soft raised mass at region of left cranial mammary gland, several area of pyoderma (right side of head, flanks, right side of ventral abdomen) CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: senior pet, overweight, pyoderma, mass – rule out lipoma (most likely) vs MGT (less likely), nasal discharge (URI vs other) CBC shows mild leukocystosis characterized by a mild neutrophilia. Chemistry and T4 WNL Plan: Rec convenia 0.9ml SQ. Continue to monitor while at BACC. Good prognosis
