Medical Summary S: QAR, nervous/shy but no aggressive Bloody diarrhea reported this morning O: EENT: Mild nuclear sclerosis OU, clear AU, no nasal dc, mild dental tartar H/L: No m/a, eup Abdo: SNP UG: FS (spay scar on ventral midline), left caudal mammary gland has a 5mm firm SQ nodule MSI: BCS 6/9, clean haircoat, 1.5cm firm sq mass cranial and medial to right shoulder A: Suspect ~8yrs old Bloody diarrhea- r/o stress vs. dietary indiscretion vs. parasites Mass near right shoulder- r/o cyst vs. other benign vs. malignant- cytology or biopsy needed for deffinitive dx Nodule assoaciated with left caudal mammary gland- r/o mammary tumor benign vs. malignant vs. other- biopsy needed for definitive dx P: Activyl applied Pyrantel given Recheck stool in 24 hours– if continued diarrhea +/- blood start Flagyl/panacur
