Subjective: Alert, quiet in the kennel. Observed Behavior – Snaps and screams when leashed, when picked up, or when her back/legs are touched. Allows handling of head and ears.Objective ; BAR-H, MMs pink; EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: Mild-moderate tartar; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Tense, not distended, non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: Female, spay scar visible on ventral abdomen. MSI: Some urine in fur near vulva. Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: Normal externally; Assessment: Dental disease; Prognosis: Good; Plan: Recommend dental cleaning, and daily tooth brushing
