Medical Summary scan neg ~15yrs, male neutered qarh. allowed all handling. ate well after minimal coaxing. bcs 4/9 moderate dental tartar/gingivitis, blind, corneal scarring ou, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl grade 5/6 heart murmur, normal abdominal palpation thin brittle hair coat with areas of alopecia, weakly ambulatory x 4 a: geriatric, blind – rule out glaucoma with severe corneal scarring high grade heart murmur p: rec full geriatric work up with placement. rec ehr if no placement by 5pm due to severity of condition (weak, heart murmur — high risk of death in cage). poor prognosis
