Medical Summary  Hx: was found tied up in park, caused severe bite to person who was trying to untie him S/O: visual exam only sedated with 0.5ml Telazol IM 2x (total 1.0ml) and 1.4ml Hydromorphone IM limited effect (ataxia) after 1 hr post sedation liquid diarrhea in crate, increasing distress noted in dog transferred to kennel ataxic (r/o drug induced vs orthopedic dx vs neurologic vs other) multiple areas of erythema and hypotrhichosis on head and muzzle A: dermatitis vs old scarring vs other P: visual recheck q2d check appetite trazadone if able to meidcate PO
