Jjang A1081414 is a spayed, 9 year old Shih Tzu that was surrendered because the owner’s wife is sick and cannot care for the dogs. Jjang was a gift to the family when she was a puppy. Jjang has never had any injuries however, for the past two years she has developed mild skin mange
SOCIALIZATION
Jjjang is a very calm dog. Jjang has lived with another dog (whom was from her litter). Jjang and the other dog, played, ate and slept together. Jjang hasn’t had much experience around any other dog besides the one that lived in the home. Jjang has never been around any cats. Jjang has been around children ages newborn and up. Jjang was always calm and respectful around the children.
BEHAVIOR
Jjang has no pervious bite history with anyone or animal. Jjang enjoys being held and rubbed. Jjang isn’t bothered by the following: Baths/ grooming/brushes /having her food bowl touched or taking away. Jjang does get a bit frightened when she hears loud sounds however, she doesn’t run away.
FOR NEW FAMILIES TO KNOW
Jjang is described as affectionate, friendly and mellow. Jjang would be best in any home. Jjang doest play with toys. Jjaang’s favorite activity is sleeping. Jjang eats both wet and dry foods mixed throughout the day.
BEHAVIOR DURING INTAKE
Jjang allowed all handling.
