Eyes, nose, throat clear Teeth – missing upper left canine, other incisors, heavy tarter, swollen gums. *Mammary tumor appx 2-3″ in diameter on lower left abdomen. Soft, non-painful. VC requested *Tail wound at tip and along base of tail – appears long scrape, healing. Skin clear of parasites, overall mild thinning of coat. Matted at feet and tail. Shaved, trimmed nails. Ambx4 NOSF
