Medical Summary 01/28/17 ~12yrs, female S/O: BARH. Initially allowed handling but tried to bite during exam. BCS 5/9 EENT: Mild dental tartar/gingivitis, nuclear sclerosis and slight buphthalmia OU, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl HL: Normal thoracic auscultation, no murmurs/arrhythmias, lungs clear ABD: Unable to palpate abdomen due to behavior, tried to bite, tense INTEG: Generalized mild dermatitis, dandruff with thin hair coat along dorsum, reducible umbilical hernia MS: Ambulatory x 4 UG: Female A: Geriatric, dermatitis, umbilical hernia P: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Good prognosis Permanently waived from spay due to age
