04/30/2017 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Not much is known about Jazz except that he was owned since tender puppyhood and that his master did not have time for him anymore…We now have to make sure that this young man gets the care and the love he deserves…Jazz is so worth your and our attention. He is quite endearing. He is a very hungry caterpillar as he has so much weight to catch up with. He will search without shame my goodies bag… but will not mind if I stop him. He sits beautifully on command even though he is so eager to get treats. Once his stomach is full, Jazz relaxes. He welcomes people who come to say hello with a wagging tail. He is very obedient, comes immediately when called, hops on the bench and settles on my lap. He so enjoys to be caressed and gives kisses in return .He has the most beautiful smile and face even with that entropion that closes one of his eyes. He is such a great trooper and has been a top of the line patient with our medical team! Jazz is a great walker, a perfect heeler and does his business without marking on the way. There is no hint at pigeon chasing and other dogs are met without any problem. Jazz is said to be a cross between a Pitie and a Boxer. What ever mix of genes runs through his body, Jazz is a very nice young guy who will make quite a sweet friend. Come and meet him soon at the Manhattan Care Center. Jazz would love to be yours….forever this time.
