Hello, my name is Jax. My animal id is #8949. I am a male brown dog at the Brooklyn Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 4 years 1 weeks old.

I came into the shelter as a stray on 05-Oct-2017.

 Microchip Scan: negative Evidence of Cruelty: no Observed Behavior: BARH, nervous, muzzle is used for exam and vaccine Sex:male intact Estimated Age:3-4 years Subjective: describe how he animal is presenting and any known history Eyes: clear Ears: clean/wnl Oral Exam: mild staining/tarar,NOSF Heart: wnl Lungs: wnl Abdomen: palpated abdomen, nosf Musculoskeletal: wnl Mentation: no neuro sign noted Preliminary Assessment: apparently healthy Plan: Needs DVM exam

Basic Information:: Jax is a tan with white chest large dog that is possibly 4 years old. Finder notice the dog wandering the street alone and called out for the dog to approach. The dog ran to him and was very friendly. He jumped up in finder’s car. He was relaxed on the car ride to acc. Jax during intake allowed to be collard, scanned and photographed. He was relaxed and walked into his cage.
