DVM Intake Exam; Estimated age: 1 year; History : stray, found with a wound; started on clavamox; Subjective: Observed Behavior – friendly; Objective ; BCS 5/9; EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: clean adult teeth; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: Female, no spay scar seen, prominent vulva, no discharge seen; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, approx. 2 inch wound at left cranial elbow with granulation tissue; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment; wound- R/O trauma vs other; Prognosis: good; Plan: sedated for wound treatment with dexdomitor 0.14 mls IM and buprenorphine 2.3 mls IM; SURGERY: Okay for surgery
