Right hind limb lameness Light weigh, Depressed, painful, curving the lmba area Afraid T = 99.3F P = 100 bpm R = 21 breaths perminutes BCS <2 sec MM pink 5% dehydrated EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Mild dental tartar, hypersalivating PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact male, both testicles present MSI: Ambulatory x 3, right leg painful not supporting his weigh, , skin free of parasites, no masses noted, some abrasions head and legs. Kyphosis CNS: depressed – delayeed maenace rflexes Rectal: not performed. Assessment- Abrasions Lamenness Delayed menace reflex Kyphosis Pyrantel given hw- negative bordetella given DAPP vaccine given Rabies given Amoxcillin and clav suspension- 0.5 ml bid po for 10 days 6 mg carprofen sid with food for 3 days 0.15 ml carprofen sq Prognosis guarded
