Observed Behavior – Do not like to be muzzled. Jumps after being muzzled. Did not tried to bite. Evidence of Cruelty seen – None Evidence of Trauma seen – None Objective P =120 bpm BCS5 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: NAF PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Spayed female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment Apparently healthy DOH Plan DOH hold.
