Did well for all medical handling and procedures; Objective ;P = wnl ;R = eupneic ;BCS 5/9; EENT: OD has severe amount of dried d/c, OS clear, bilateral nuclear sclerosis and absent menace, appears to be deaf-no response to auditory stimuli, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted; Oral Exam: adult dentition with moderate dental disease and prognathism, no oral lesions noted; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: FI, multiple MGTs bilaterally, dried vulvar d/c; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, matted hair coat, soft tissue mass ~3cm on right tarsus, multiple small dermal masses; CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment:Geriatric-suspect underlying; MGTs; Matted; Blind; Deaf; Conjunctivitis OD; Dental disease; Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC; Sedate with dexdomitor 10mcg/kg IV + butorphanol 0.2mg/kg IV (reversed with antisedan); Groom/bathe; CBC pending; Chem pending; 3 view CXR-nsf, no signs of metastasis; STT-OS 16, OD 10; Start gentamicin OU BID x10d until 4/4; Prognosis: Fair to poor; SURGERY: permanent waiver from surgery
