Growling, showing teeth, lunging prior to exam BCS 6/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: muzzled for exam; mm pigmented; rostral teeth show no significant tartar, mild staining and no damage or wearing PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: neutered male MSI: sedated for exam; no lameness noted prior to sedation and no obvious orthopedic abnormalities 2 circular areas of alopecia, thickened tissue over R carpus-poss lick granuloma calloused areas over hocks and elbows CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: not performed Assessment Overweight Plan Rec’d weight loss through dietary management Rec’d NH placement due to temperament Prognosis: SURGERY: neutered
