(central) otherwise eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: negative oral exam PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: male intact, both testes descended and symm. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, +++ fleas, no masses noted, sparse, dirty coat, FAD CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Flea allergy dermatitis, fleas, otherwise appears to be in good health. Plan: given oral capstar during exam medicated bath tomorrow. Consider low dose pre/dex taper if very pruritic continue to monitor at BACC Prognosis: good SURGERY: Okay for sugery
