Medical Summary 02/05/17 Microchip scan Pos #4353783770 MN, approx 6 yrs. O: BARH. Allows some of exam but became increasingly agitated and trying to bite. Muzzled for majority of exam and vaccines. ORAL: Unable to fully examine – trying to bite. EENT: OD – globe not visualized and is recessed into orbit. Nictitans covers eye. OS – mild nuclear sclerosis. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias. ABD/UG: Neutered male. Abd tense, no palpable abnormalities. MS: WNL. BCS=5/9. INTEG: All nails overgrown and most are curled under and almost growing into pads. A: Microphthalmia OD. Overgrown nails. Otherwise apparently healthy. P: Nail trim. Excellent prognosis.
