Tesicular neoplasia is virtual certainty. over lying skin is irritated Observed Behavior – allows exam. perfectly still, nervous Objective P = 80 R = wnl BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, flaky otitis au,no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: moderate ddz for stated age PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, HM 3/6 Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, large mass caudal abdomen (testis) U/G: see above MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: testicular cancer (sertoli cell most likely), otitis, dental disease, heart murmur Plan: otitbiotic for ears neuter shoud be performed asap after cxr and preferably echocardiogram. teeth are not high concern. Prognosis: fair. despite multiple condtions, a good outcome is possible with just a neuter. SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to HM
