Medical Summary  Scan negative Castrated male 9 years of age Stray dog Male neutered dog, some alopecia on the head.  T =Not taken P = 130 bpm R = Not taken BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Dental tartar. PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: Grade 2 cardiac murmur, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Neutered male. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Not examined Assessment- Cardiac murmur Alopecia on the head. Plan Vaccinated, Pyrantel , flea treatment and microchipped. Prognosis- fair.
