Medical Summary Teeth= Multiple complicated crown freactures with moderate stainning–Vet check Cropped ears-no otitis but red Labial laceration from biting the rope Scan positive for a microchip #985112003856102 Neutered male Overweight Scar on the left hip and front legs Eyes are clear Nose= No discharge Dewormed with Pyrantel Flea Treatment= Activyl As of now no signs of CIRDC As of now no V/S/C/D NOSF Eager to get out of the cage but will play with the rope/leash. Easily excitable and gets fixated on the leash. Once outside of his cage he’s fine and allowed handling. Kennel card will state that he’s rope reactive, use caution, and a staff walk only.
