QAR, easy going, allows handling  BCS 6/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: mm pk, moist; CRT <2 sec; mild-moderate tartar/staining; missing upper incisor PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: female, no spay scar or tattoo noted MSI: Ambulatory x 4 with no lameness noted discomfort on palpation of TL junction, sits down when palpated skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal:not performed Assessment Overweight Back pain h/o inappetance-r/o secondary to pain vs primary GI vs other Plan carprofen 0.3 ml SQ SID x 3 days, if eating can switch to rimadyl monitor app, if it remains decreased despite pain control, then rec’d CBC/chem +/- AXR Prognosis: good SURGERY: Okay for surgery
