AS thickened skin, mild hypermia, moderate dark brown waxy debris, mild amt hyperpigmentation. AD moderate dark brown waxy debris and mild hyperemia. Panting, unable to auscult well. Approx 1cm superficial abrasion above left ear. Cleaned abrasion. Applied ear cleaning solution AU A: Mild, possibly chronic otitis. Mild gingivitis. NOSF P: Would continue ear cleaning while in shelter, recommed veterinary care follow-up for cytology. PROGNOSIS: EXCELLENT
