PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated. U/G: 2 testes. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, very. matted, feet are encased but do not appear to have strangulating lesions. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: matted, dental disease Prognosis:good Plan:shave. dental and neuter in the future SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to age
