OS corneal ulcer, OD corneal scarring Observed Behavior – docile, allows all handling. Very hungry. Evidence of Cruelty seen – yes, neglect Objective P = 100 R = wnl BCS 4/9 EENT: OS ulcerated, OD scarred. ears matted Oral Exam: moderate dental dz, pale pink gums PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, , Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact female, in heat MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, very matted coat, feet may be comprimised CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: matted, eye dz Plan: tab ou bid for eyes, STT in future shave matts asap to assess damage to feet cbc/chem addendum: LFL covered with fly eggs. under matt tendons of carpus are exposed, surrounfed by healthy gran tissue. may reuire amputation adding amoxi clav and pain meds, tab on lesion first dose 10mg rimadyl given Prognosis: fair SURGERY: permanent waiver due to injury
