I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 10/31/2016 from NY 10452, owner surrender reason stated was OWNER SICK. I came in with Group/Litter #K16-079950.

10/31/16 16:51 Harley was aggressive towards councilor and charged the bars and barked and tried to bite through cage bars. Once out of the cage he still tried to bite councilor but if you move slowly and manage to pick him up he allowed some handling.
