Medical Summary Microchip: scan negative Sex: neutered male Age: 5 years old Mentation: BARH Behavior: allowed handling but tries to bite due to pain According to provided medical records, has lower urinary tract obstruction and urethral calculi Previous owner stated that he has not urinated in two days When walked, he tried to urinate but nothing came out While in cage, he urinated a small amount and had slight dripping afterwards Cystocentesis performed – 11ml of urine removed; unable to remove more due to behavior EEN – wnl Teeth: mild plaque buildup BCS: 3/5 Skin: wnl As per dr. 1067, patient will need emergency transport for continuous monitoring
