I am an unaltered female, brown and black Yorkshire Terrier mix.

The shelter staff think I am about 10 years old.

I weigh 4 pounds.

I was found in NY 11208.

I have been at the shelter since Nov 14, 2016.

Scanned negative; QARH – patient, allows all handling; F~ 10 years; Ears, nose, throat clear; Eyes cloudy; Teeth stained, moderate tarter; Coat lightly matted, dirty.  Removed mats from top of head and feet.; No flea dirt or parasites noted; Nails long – trimmed; Ambx4; NOSF
