Occasionally gets extremely agitated and jumps around briefly, then calms down. Allowed most handling and vaccinations, although pt was muzzled for exam. O: BAR-H, BCS 4.5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: Pinnae slightly lichenified AU. No discharge OU, AU, nose. Oral exam not performed. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Extremely tense and turgid. M/S/I: Amb x4. Large amount of flea dirt. Fur smells like shampoo. UG: Female. Small nipples. A: 1. Likely pregnant 2. Flea dirt 3. Signs of chronic ear infection Short-term prognosis: Excellent Surgery status: Okay for surgery. P: Activyl 14-22, pyrantel 2 ml. 1088
