Objective: BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, clear nasal discharge; sneezing and huffing PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: spayed female. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; bleeding from kwik of digit #2 on R PL (applied kwik stop) CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: grossly normal. Assessment:CIRDC dental disease Prognosis: fair Plan: doxycycline 100mg tablet — give 3.5 tablet PO q24h x 14 days cerenia 60mg tablet — give 0.5 tablet PO q24h x 4 days. SURGERY: already spayed
