Medical Summary Estimated age: 3 yr Microchip noted on Intake none. Found on street by police, stray, wary BARH very face shy P = wnl R = wnl BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes: scleral injection and erythema, thick mucoid discharge matted facial hairs, very difficult to treat pet ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: scant dental tartar PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated, small nonreducible umbilical hernia U/G: female, no spay scar seens hyperplastic teats perineum matted with fecal( ?) material. When clippedand cleaned , no vulva discharge seen MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: not performed, appearance normal (after clipping) Assessment female with conjunctivitis and possible KCS some matting on face Plan on hold DOH Rec treat with TAB for 10 days then STT to assess for KCS at sx rec clipping of face Prognosis: good SURGERY: Okay for surgery , rec hernia repair at spay
