EENT: ou sclerosis, waxy AU as wart like growth, no nasal or ocular discharge noted Oral Exam:heavy tartar. grape sized epulis on right maxilla PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G:intact. numerous small mammary tumors felt MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. Assessment: mammary tumors, epulis, aural growth, otitis Prognosis:fair–all these growths probably benign but should be worked up Plan:ohe in future, biopsies. SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to age
