Stiff, not moving, contemplating the medical staff.  P = 120 bpm BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Moderated gingivitis and dental tartar PLN: right hind lymph node enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Neutered male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, mass on the right axillae CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment mass Plan FNA mass Prognosis: fair
