EENT: Nuclear sclerosis OU. No oculonasal discharge, no sneezing. PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias. No coughing. ABD: Non painful, no masses/organomegaly palpated. U/G: Neutered male. MS: Ambulatory x 4, no lameness. INTEG: Full, clean haircoat. 4 cm soft, sq mass right lat thigh. CNS: Mentation appropriate, no neuro. abnormalities. A: Geriatric dog with SQ mass – r/o lipoma. Otherwise apparently healthy. P: Monitor while at BACC – on bite hold. Good prognosis.
