Medical Summary scan neg ~10yrs, male intact barh. attention seeking, allows all handling. bcs 4/9 mild to moderate dental tartar/gingivitis, nuclear sclerosis ou, corneal scarring at dorsal aspect of right eye, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl normal thoracic auscultation; normal abdominal palpation large area of alopecia along left side of body wall, slightly flakey skin, no underlying dermatitis or wounds/scars noted; ambulatory x 4, intermittent toe-tapping lameness LH, grade 2/4 MPL LH ,grade 1/4 MPL RH a: geriatric, corneal scarring OD, bilateral medial luxating patellas, alopecia p: no treatment indicated at this time (appears comfortable on palpation). rec full geriatric work up with placement. permanently waived from neuter due to age. good prognosis
