Medical Summary 04/05/17 History – Stray dog, no medical history known. Microchip scan pos. #981020017580930. Subjective Observed Behavior – Tense, growling. Will snap and try to bite. Evidence of Cruelty seen – No. Evidence of Trauma seen – No. Objective: BARH. P = 100 R = 20 BCS = 5/9. ORAL: Not examined. EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted. PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: NSR, NMA. Lungs clear, eupneic. ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated. U/G: Neutered male. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. A: Apparently healthy. P: Monitor while at BACC. Excellent prognosis.

Medical Summary 01/26/17 Microchip scan neg. O: BARH. Lunging and trying to bite. Muzzled for exam. Oral: Not assessed. EENT: No oculonasal discharge. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias. ABD/UG: Intact male, both testicles palpable. MS: Thin BCS=3/9. Amb x 4. INTEG: Full, slightly dirty haircoat. A: Apparently healthy except underweight. P: Feed TID. Excellent prognosis.

Look: 1. Dog’s eyes are averted. His ears are back, his tail is down, and he has a relaxed body posture. Dog allows head to be held loosely in Assessor’s cupped hands.
Sensitivity: 2. Dog stands still and accepts the touch, his eyes are averted, his tail is between his legs, body a bit tense with his mouth closed.
Tag:1. Dog assumes play position and joins the game. Or dog indicates play with huffing, soft ‘popping’ of the body, etc. Dog jumps on Assessor once play begins.
Squeeze 1&2: 1. Dog gently pulls back his paw.
Toy: 1.No interest.

He is slightly sexually motivated, persistently licking the female’s genital area, but does not attempt to mount. He displays bouncy body language when solicited to play.
MEDICAL BEHAVIOR:
1/26/17: During his medical examination, George was lunging and trying to bite, he muzzled for exam.
