Yes History : stray Subjective: was carried into medical, able to walk short distances, then lies down, eats vienna sausages Observed Behavior – very nice, allows full exam Objective T = P = 120 R = pant BCS4/9 EENT: OU mild periorbital erythema, OU lenticular sclerosis, Oral Exam: signigicant dental tartar, pale pink mm PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: moderate abd distension, tense, uncomfortable on abd palpation, no fluid wave, U/G: female, small vulva, minimal mammary development, likely spayed MSI: Ambulatory x 4, short stilted gait x4, significant generalized mm wasting, able to stand/ walk for short periods of time, mutilobulated 5-7mm alopecic dermal masses on superior L palpebral and on L side of muzzle CNS: depressed, decreased CPs 4x Assessment geriatric underlying anemic arthrititis vs other masses likely benign process (sebacious adenoma, meinbobian gg tumor vs other) Plan CBC: strongly regenerative anemia (Hct 20%, Retics 243K) Chem: ALT 140 ALP 1812 Prognosis: poor to grave, suspect neoplastic process vs other systemic disease
