Negative scan, MC placed at intake History : Tied up outside BACC Subjective: BARH, snapping and visibly distressed during restraint, soft muzzle placed for exam  Objective: P = wnl R = wnl BCS = 5/9. EENT: Eyes – injected sclera, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted Oral Exam: limited – rostrally clean adult dentition PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Intact male, two scrotal testicles MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, matted haircoat – most severe at face CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities  Rectal: Externally normal. Assessment: Matted. Prognosis: Excellent  Plan: Recommend neuter and shave  SURGERY: Okay for surgery
