Attention seeking, allows all handling P = WNL R = WNL BCS 5/9 EENT: Immature cataracts OU, Very mild otitis externa, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Underbite, mild dental tartar/gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Spay scar seen and palpated MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, significant dermatitis along ventrum, moist dermatitis at axillary and inguinal region; ~0.5cm sebaceous cyst under left eye CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Geriatric, immature cataracts, dermatitis Plan: Rec CBC/chem/T4. Rec medicated bath. No oral treatment indicated at this time, may do well with regular medicated baths, may require antibiotics/antifungals in future Prognosis: Good
